There’s little that warms our hearts more than knowing people feel they’ve received the absolute best ED care, so they can get back to the things they most enjoy in life.
For Sandra, her husband and their two road-trip loving dogs, this meant taking a restful family holiday recently because of the progress Sandra’s made since her visit to Buderim Private Hospital.
From the minute I arrived at Emergency, through to discharge from the Critical Care Unit (CCU), I had a very positive experience,” Sandra said.
“In the emergency centre, assessment and results were performed promptly and I had access to all the necessary specialists and equipment. The team is doing wonderful work under the guidance of the very capable and compassionate Dr Natale.”
Sandra also thanks Dr Eli and the emergency nurses, particularly Emma, who stayed on with her after finishing her shift.
“I could not speak more highly of the care I received and, along with my family, express my deepest appreciation to everyone who cared for me,” Sandra said.
